Development of the North Hill by Lloyd Richard Bittle

Development of the North Hill area north to Hwy#9: When will this development commercially begin? A large Plaza would relieve downtown and south traffic and provide convenient shopping for residents of the north hill and north. Senior citizens are primarily located in residences in the downtown core or north. The area north above Hwy #9, Palgrave, Hockley etc. over to Orangeville and Tottrenham west would benefit. Housing development is underway, what about commercial. A bus route on hwy#50 could run south to North with stops at Seniors locations in between. Automobile traffic would be relieved. It is long overdue. Zehrs anticipates moving south with a major Wal-Mart Plaza. What about North? When will Bolton, Caledon have a Cinema? This is a continuing concern for North + residents! The congestion of traffic south of Bolton is bumper to bumper. Heavy commercial and automobile traffic to Brampton and Toronto. For many we are a bedroom community. It was for me, and continued for my working career, when I moved to Bolton 30 years ago. Let's move NORTH and relieve congestion to the South! I love Bolton and the North Hill. I know you do too! When?
