| ROASTED GARLIC GUACAMOLE |
(2) Medium Avocados, mashed
(1) Medium Onion, minced
(1) Roma Tomato, diced
Ancho Chili Powder, 1 tbsp
Garlic, 1 roasted head
Orange juice, 1 tbsp
Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
Lime juice, 1 tbsp
Chop and mash your avocados to your preference (I like it pretty well mashed) and then add your three juices. Fold in the onion, garlic, and chili powder.
Serve.
