February Hearts and Flowers at the Caledon Seniors Centre
Treat yourself kindly. Come out to the Centre and enjoy! It is said: “ to dream of February, gloom and disappointment is in the offing. However if you see a bright sunshiny day you will be unexpectedly and happily surprised with some good fortune.” Everyday is a sunshiny day at our Centre. Make your happy dreams come true! Join us!
Cupids abound with plenty of arrows to go around. A happy Valentines Day and month to each of you!
Our New Years Eve party was a “sell out success.” Our thanks to our staff, dedicated Volunteers and You who ensured everyone had a grand time. We packed the hall with well-wishers who welcomed our New Years 2003 Baby in grand style. A kick-off to our eight-year that will be the best yet.
Rabbie Burns Night was an evening of grand dining and entertainment. The haggis never tasted better. The Burns toast to the haggis by Ron Jolly made it so. Our entertainers of the evening presented a British Pub Musicale second to none. Stellar entertainment enjoyed by all.
Our Annual General Meeting was a great success. A sunny afternoon inside and out. It was a “Super Bowl Sunday!”at our Centre. Our President Patricia Everson, our 2003 Executive and Board of Directors were elected and assumed their chairs. Our revised Constitution was duly moved, seconded and unanimously accepted. We thank all who attended and made the day the success it was. President Pat and our Board say “With your continued support our 8th. Year will be the best year yet!”
