Our own myCaledon columnist, Donna, recently asked "Council has budgeted for 'new hard surfacing of 60 km of gravel roads'. I would like to know which
roads will be surfaced and where in the Town of Caledon are they located?"
We asked the Town of Caledon's Infrastructure Department this question and received the following response:
Here is a list of roads that Council has approved for hard surfacing:-
- Winston Churchill Blvd from Beech Grove S/R to TownLine Road
- Shaws Creek Road from Beech Grove S/R to TownLine Road
- McLaren Road from Forks of the Credit Road to Charleston S/R
- The Grange S/R from Hwy 10 to Mountainview Road
- Mountainview Road from The Grange to Charleston S/R
- Humber Station Road from Old Church Road to Patterson S/R
- Humber Station Road from King St to Castlederg S/R
- Mount Pleasant Road from Caledon/King TownLine to Castlederg S/R
